Aluminium sulfate is a solid substance which solves in water. Aluminium sulfate can have different forms; shiny white crystals, pieces, grain or powder. This substance is often found on the walls of mines and grooves. Aluminium sulfate is produced by adding Aluminium hydroxide to Sulfuric acid.
Aluminium sulfate is applied in several industries such as food, construction and pharmacy. In the gardening industry, Aluminium sulfate is used to lower the pH value of the soil and as a part of pesticides against snails. Furthermore, it is used to fertilise water.
