What is Sodium Bisulfate?
Sodium bisulfate, also called Sodium hydrogen sulfate, is the Sodium salt of the bisulfate anion. It is a dry, granular product that is hygroscopic in anhydrous form.
Sodium bisulfate is mainly used to lower pH. The food industry uses it as an acidity regulator (E514).
